Speyshed is a community shed serving Strathspey. Our shed operates from rooms in
the Grantown-upon-Spey YMCA. Please contact us if you are interested in joining.

Aims

Speyshed aims to reduce the isolation and loneliness of members by creating a positive,
inclusive and creative environment to support individuals to meet, socialise, and develop
and share skills in woodworking, metalworking, and other mediums, including crafts.

We will also provide broader support through an advice hub and informative talks.

Speyshed aims to be sustainable and support conservation projects.

Speyshed will collaborate with other groups with compatible aims and objectives.

We are open to all who live in or visit Badenoch and Strathspey.

We usually meet on Tuesdays and Fridays at 2pm.
